Preston Refrigeration is seeking a Part Time Parts Administrator to join its growing team of professionals.

Summary: 

The Parts Administrator position handles Preston Refrigeration’s customer needs for part orders. 

Responsibilities:

  • Sells products and/or services to address specific customer needs.

  • Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.

  • Assist service technicians with parts and documentation as required.

  • Responsible for making arrangements for pickup or deliver of products.

  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure inventory areas are kept clean and orderly.

  • Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, brings problems to the attention of the Safety Director.

  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance and motivated, positive attitude.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with ammonia refrigeration parts and equipment preferred.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items for extended periods of time.

  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel.  Experience with Vista Viewpoint a plus.

  • Effective communication skills.
