Our Mission
Preston Refrigeration provides services for all aspects of industrial refrigeration and piping including initial design, installation, startup of new systems, and maintenance of existing facilities. We stand behind our services with a highly trained, capable staff and the finest parts available. We use state of the art technology and currently hold multiple patented processes which are now widely used in the industry.

With our expertise we can:
Chill hogs:
16 hours with 0.5% or less shrinkage, reduced P.S.E., and improved color. Average temperature 38° - 40° F.
Chill hams:
(Bone-in) 6 - 8 hours
(Boneless) 4 - 6 hours
(Bacon) 6.5 - 8 hours.
Chill Beef:
40° rounds in 24 hours with 0.5% shrinkage.
Poultry Chilling
Dry Sausage
Improved Blast Chilling
(Conditions may vary slightly depending upon weights and other factors.)
